Sweet Dreams Truffles was born in 1991 in the Skead, Ontario kitchen of Jill Hocking. Some fifteen years later, Jill has graciously shared her time-tested (and many, many tastebud-tested), recipes and expertise, enabling me to bring Sweet Dreams Truffles to you.

My dream is to balance the demands of my young family with both a fulfilling and a successful enterprise.
